This app is great for sending promotional offers and abandoned cart recovery messages to your customers

I am new to Shopify and I have to tell you, this app is a MUST. It is so simple if you are a tech dunce like me, and yet so fast and effective. I messaged the support team and they got back in a flash. I wish we had more apps from HelpNinja soon. Don't waste your money on paid apps, this will do your job for free!

I am really surprised with this app, didnt know what to expect from it before installing because it is free. The settings are pretty simple and you instantly get a whatsapp contact on your store. And the abandoned cart tool is great, you can send whatsapps directly to customers that started shopping but dindt completed an order. It is pretty awesome because here in Mexico, whatsapp is the most common way of contact. Thanks!

Excellent application, it has many tools to recover carts, CRM, and to be able to send personalized collection messages, I love it and it makes my work easier.
They are always improving and listening to users for new improvements.

I love this app, it's simple but highly effective, it actually helped me increase my abandoned cart conversion rate from 1% to 6% in one month. It's worth what you pay for (which isn't that much compared to the sales I get from it) I find it really easy to use and the customer service is great and it's via WhatsApp which I love. Congrats to the team! Keep on doing such a great job :)
