Firts time using this app I felt it was very simple and easy to manage. I could easily change the appearance of the icon on my store, create messages and save them... and the best: to see the abandoned carts in one of the guides on the top of the screen. I have tried different apps for chating... I have never being so satisfied with an chat/whatsapp app as I am now with this one.

Awesome app, does the work very good, recovered a lot of abandoned cart! when I've a bug or something, whatsapp customer services answer very fast in a high service oriented, solving all very fast. Highly recommended!!
Really helps with recovering abandoned carts, highly recommended. Support is great. Dont like the automatic abandoned cart whatsapp message, since its sent from an american number and weird for german customers. The manual way works very well though
