Zudem wollten wir den Prozess der Kontaktaufnahme so einfach wie möglich gestalten - der Kunde soll mit einem Klick auf den Button sofort zum gewünschten Chat weitergeleitet werden und darf sofort los schreiben.

Und das jetzt auch noch kostenlos? Das wärs.

Und genau das bekommt man hier. Ein schönes Standard-Design, ein einfach und verständlich aufgebautes User-Interface mit allen wichtigen Einstellungen. Eigene Designs bekommt man dann im Pro Plan, was ich absolut fair finde.
