I like this app, simple, clean, dose the job, the most importantly thing is won’t slow down your store.
So Far so good, does the Job as per requested. Looks good on the website and immediate connection with customers.
Easy set up, easy running and very functional, good job! I still look forward for improvements and future upgrades
The buttom cannot shows on website, and I reported , they helped me to fix it quickly. It's efficient and helpful!
Works well generally but we can never reply to customers on a Monday, we are always given an error message. This would also work better as a button on the contact page rather than a pop-up at the bottom of the screen as we have too many options.

I cant disabled this app. There was a lot of bug. There is no customer service. Please disable app! Please
