Heard about this App by Zoko from a friend. I was sold as soon as I spoke to one of their customer representatives. Every person on their team is super helpful living up the the ethos of building a customer centric application. They are the most helpful and dependable when you need them the most for queries around customer relationship management, marketing etc. The best part is, they are highly invested in building this business and keep offering new solutions unlike other brands who build mindlessly. Great app with helpful features for whatsapp business integrations, mainly for the newly launched websites/businesses. A REALLY Helpful support team. Great for blast marketing and broadcasts. Need to add certain basic features like multi language chat support with customers. Should allow re arrangement of the list of fixed 'quick replies'. The website is where all the features are available, on the mobile app the options are limited.
I use this app 1-2 months already. Help a lot.
