Review for Zoko
Our experience with Zoko has been mixed. The customer service team is responsive and generally helpful, but the platform itself falls short of what is promised. Many of the features that are advertised either don’t work reliably or require workarounds that limit their real value.
There are a few useful functions, but the AI capabilities are extremely limited compared to what the product claims to offer. Considering the overall performance and the actual value delivered, the platform is quite expensive for what it really is.
Zoko has potential, but in its current state, it doesn’t meet the expectations set by its marketing.
Hidden Charges, plans started at $34.99, I waste my time and deleted my whatsapp business for not reson.

This app is amazing! First of all, the team is very helpful and when you join they have onboarding calls to show you how to set things up. In terms of visibility and marketing, we are pushing this more than our mailers as once you have templates set up its so much quicker and the response is almost instant! The team is very quick and helpful when I have questions and thye easily look in on your backend to see whats going on if things aren't working - ie. If I set something up wrong ;) Highly recommend this app for anyone where Whatsapp is being used by customers frequently.

Da quando lo abbiamo integrato con Shopify, le nostre vendite sono esplose e il ROAS delle campagne su WhatsApp è incredibile. Il sistema ci permette di recuperare sia i carrelli abbandonati di alto valore che quelli di basso valore, riducendo drasticamente il numero di clienti persi e aumentando il fatturato con il minimo sforzo.
L’assistenza è fenomenale: sempre disponibili a migliorare la piattaforma e aggiungere nuove funzioni. I costi sono irrisori rispetto al valore che offre e le possibilità di utilizzo sono infinite. Se hai un brand e vuoi massimizzare le conversioni su WhatsApp, Zoko è la scelta migliore. Non lo cambieremmo con nessun altro!
