Zoko is an excellent addition to your E-commerce business flow. Whatsapp conversation with customers will become super easy. They have pre-made workflows for COD confirmation, shipping updates, abandoned cart messages, etc which will make your work easy.. Integration with other apps is also super fast... Lots of features. People working here are also easy to work with!! If it's WhatsApp, You shouldn't look elsewhere

Super supportive team and super efficient app. If you have whatsapp api, then the entire setup takes few minutes and the crucial campaigns like abandoned cart start going out within no time.

We had to sort out a few issues when we started but these were patiently resolved by their sales and on boarding teams.
Zoko overall API service works well, dashboard is easy to navigate and most importantly, they have a helpful team. I hope to leverage some of their additional services from Flow Hippo to automate some more flows & create better user journey's for our customers.
