We used Zoko for our WhatsApp marketing and abandoned cart checkout flows. Overall, it has been a good experience, and the service is useful; tons of features could be used through Zoko, which requires a fair amount of learning, and that is something I think that can be simplified.
But overall, very good experience.
I've been using Zoko for a few months now, and it has completely transformed the way I interact with customers on WhatsApp. The integration with Shopify is seamless, allowing me to manage orders, send automated messages, and even recover abandoned carts—all from WhatsApp!
What I Love:
1)Automated Messages – The ability to send order updates, promotional offers, and cart recovery messages automatically has saved me so much time.
2)Easy Product Sharing – I can send product catalogs and even take orders directly through WhatsApp, making it super convenient for my customers.
3)Multi-Agent Support – My team and I can manage customer chats efficiently from a single dashboard without any confusion.
4)No-Code Chatbot – I set up quick replies and automated responses without needing any tech skills.
Overall, Zoko has been a game-changer for my Shopify store. If you rely on WhatsApp for customer interactions, I highly recommend trying it out!
It might be better to add it to other channels such as Telegram and iMessage. The mobile app experience needs to be improved.
very use full to automate, im happy im using it but i have problems with info updating one phone app and some flows go crazy every now and then by them self, but the team always help me fix the i would really aprecciate having team support on my country time zone as in introduccion for thes problems. stil i recomend the app

Zoko's been a convenient go-to for communication – smooth interface and easy to navigate. However, it's a tad frustrating when certain messages aren't supported. Here's hoping for some updates to iron out these knks.

We have noted your feedback for support on GIFs, Stickers, Reactions etc. Those, as you know, are not supported by the official WhatsApp API yet. We will have them as soon as WhatsApp API supports them.

Had a few teething issues but the sales team were quite patient, open to answer all questions and concerns. Very responsive team. We had tried other whatsapp business API services over the years but zoko seems to be a very good fit for our business. It allows multiple agents at the same time. It gives the administrator full ownership and allows an effective way to delegate administrative duties. Its got very robust training videos on how to use their services. Allows for change of billing package to suit your needs. Most important you can view all agent conversations in real time. Very little time lapses.
We are using this app for transactional communication with the customers, and sending broadcast messages. It's fulfilling the requirements. The are improving as per the requirements, and their system is real easy to operate. Not to miss, the real time support we get from their team is appreciable.

We have been ZOKO for our D2C brand promotional communication for about 6 months now. It is yielding good results and the team gives a good onboarding walk-through.
The reporting, linking of Shopify to ZOKo for campaigns, and support team agreement to entertain customer issues on calls can be areas of improvement.
I used this app to help me manage my whatsapp chats, as many customers prefer communication via whatsapp. It is quite technical, but great help is around. Thank you!
