This is the BEST one I've used till date. They got me a green tick on whatsApp within a day. And all the functionalities are wonderful. They have a SUPERB team that is accessible and helps you resolve any issues within minutes. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants automation through WhatsApp.

The experience with zoko has been very smooth. Had a few issues in creating some templates but the sales team were quite patient and efficient. They help us, guide us and are open to answer all questions and concerns. Very responsive team. It allows multiple agents at the same time. You can view all agent conversations anytime you wish, just switch to that agent's icon.

The abandoned cart recoveries that we got out of this app was terrific ! We also found some useful workflows for some exception cases. Over all highly recommended !
