Review for Zoko
Our experience with Zoko has been mixed. The customer service team is responsive and generally helpful, but the platform itself falls short of what is promised. Many of the features that are advertised either don’t work reliably or require workarounds that limit their real value.
There are a few useful functions, but the AI capabilities are extremely limited compared to what the product claims to offer. Considering the overall performance and the actual value delivered, the platform is quite expensive for what it really is.
Zoko has potential, but in its current state, it doesn’t meet the expectations set by its marketing.
Descargué la app, completé el proceso de inscripción, seleccioné el plan e hicieron el cargo en mi cuenta pero mi cuenta sigue bloqueada! La integración con Shopify sigue inhabilitada a pesar de que descargué la app desde el appstore de Shopi. Pésima experiencia! mucho espacio de mejora para una app que de pago... en realidad, si no hubiera pagado ya 40 dolares, no le daría ninguna oportunidad....
Actualización... Finalmente no ocupé la app por complicada. Y se quedaron con los 40 dólares...
Si yo fuera usted, no me arriesgo por nada del mundo. Sobre todo porque la integración con la tienda es mala. Preferiría mil veces manychat o incluso Chatfuel.
A estos de Zoko, no les daría una oportunidad aunque ellos me pagaran.
Worst experience getting this thing running. No answer from their Whatsapp support and it apparently only lets you link to a standard Whatsapp account and not to a business Whatsapp account.
Edit: Their support answered finally, they've also asked me to remove this review.
Nonetheless, I wasn't able to link WhatsApp business and for some reason you'd need to link your facebook business profile through a 3rd party app. This review is not fake but an honest opinion. Maybe it works for other people, didn't work for me.

Extremely bad experience! Just used the 7 days free trial and yet they are charging the entire month's charges!

Fair criticism. WhatsApp Business API verification used to be the hardest part of getting started.
That's changed - Meta onboarding now happens under 5minutes. Sorry you hit the old version of it.
I was very disappointed as priced showed of $4.99/mo it's not the full price, but you have to add montly subscription (at least $34.99/mo) plus messages charges, for a startup is really too much!!
Hidden Charges, plans started at $34.99, I waste my time and deleted my whatsapp business for not reson.
Signed up. Waited for days and weeks to get registered but nothing happened. Was so excited but in the end.......So sad.

THEY ARE FRAUD NOT EVEN REPLYING AND CHARGING SO MUCH
Hi Ruchika, Zoko's pricing is fixed and listed openly at zoko.io/pricing, and Meta's per-conversation rates are passed through directly with the full breakdown always visible in your billing dashboard.
Our team has tried reaching you by phone several times since this was posted because we'd genuinely like to understand what went wrong - there's no message or ticket from you on any of our channels, so we're working without the full picture here.
Writing to contact@zoko.io or messaging us on WhatsApp at wa.zoko.io/zoko will get someone looking into it, and they'll walk you through every line of your billing.
The door is open whenever you're ready, and there's nothing we'd like more than to sort this out properly.
Misleading, the $ 4.99 is only shopify plug-in charges. Once you install the app, you will not be able to integrate it. They will call you to take you through the offers at which point depending on your scale you will charged extra (i believe starting is around 3k for a small brand).
