Zoko WhatsApp Marketing & Chat

We've been using Zoko for the last few weeks. Currently, we use it for abandoned cart nudges, and we've seen an immediate improvement in abandoned cart conversion rates vs only email nudges. I would like to say, from installing the apps on shopify and then the team brief me on google meet, all are perfect. They pay attention to very details that I may come across, e.g. they speak very slow to make sure I really understand. Also, they check on me several times to see if I am using it well. Though the apps its a bit expensive and i also take some times to consider, it totally worth after using for 1 month and more. Good job !

So far so good. Reliable and no issues. Easily set up our WhatsApp approvals and templates. What's lacking is a function where we can leave messages or tasks for other team members. The current setup where team messages are left at the same place as the conversation with customers is not good because there is a risk we'll forget to turn on private mode. Would be great if they can set up something like Shopify Inbox (or just integrate with Shopify Inbox).

I usually dont leave reviews, but I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to do so because ZOKO is the best technological application that we have used to maximize the Shopify ecosystem. ZOKO's interface is very intuitive and easy to use, and it also has many very interesting features if your online store is on Shopify (i.e. place orders, track shipments, cancel items, among many others). In addition, the ZOKO team is totally open to developing new features so that we all benefit from the new capabilities. If you want to use the app not just for customer support, but to truly increase conversion rate, ZOKO is the ideal tool for you!

We have tried other WhatsApp Business API services and could never utilise it. With that experience, we were first hesitant to try zoko but from the sales team we could tell that this service was not the same as the others out there. The entire team has been so helpful and really takes good care of our account. They help you with strategies how to increase the ROI and we have been in touch multiple times over video calls to make sure this app is working for our business. I use this app to integrate my whatsapp account with shopify store. At the beginning I was having some concerns to go for it, because I couldn't see them active in Social media. However after I met the team in an online meeting. everything was clear to me. I have just finished the onboarding 3 sessions which took around 1 month. In this month Zoko team came up with few amazing updates, that to me is a good sign which showed me that they are really active. My best feature 1) Abandoned cart flow

4) Assigning agents
5) active customer Service 6) In chat store - a feature that allows you to share broducts/ adding to cart/ and send them a payment link all with in the chat I hope in the future they will allow us to have more customization in the flows. 100% I will recommend this app for any one who is looking to integrate their shopify store with whatsapp

The abandoned cart recoveries that we got out of this app was terrific ! We also found some useful workflows for some exception cases. Over all highly recommended !

Great customer service and support - we needed a few crucial API integrations with other third party providers which was done seamlessly! Our whatsapp channels is a lot stronger today, thanks to Zoko :)
