We have been using this app for about 2 or 3 years and it keeps getting better! It's a complete game changer for out Customer Support Team. I would give 6 stars if I could.
I switched from Interakt to Zoko and found it incredibly helpful. Zoko offers three months of onboarding support, followed by ongoing WhatsApp team assistance, which has been extremely valuable. The team took the time to explain every step in detail and created customized flows according to my specific requirements.

you may have 5% read ratio
but in whatsapp it is maybe reach 25-50% read ratio
which is x5 to x10 better results
The app is good because it let you control whatsapp + facebook + Instagram in single place
There's a lot of fees you are going to pay in order to get more from the app .. at the end they are providing excellent service ,, I hate the prices of Meta and zoko app but they are doing excellent job and excellent ROI for me..
I wish they add some features from Manychats app ( like automation reply on comments in Instagram and start chat after a comment )
overall it's easy to use ( still you need to learn stuff to get the most value of the app )

Realmente hay un antes y un después de instalar Zoko en nuestra tienda. Zoko nos permite seguir el historial de conversaciones de cada uno de nuestros clientes, anteriormente perdíamos muchos hilos de conversación con whatsapp. Adicionalmente permite automatizar mensajes como solicitudes de reseñas, seguimientos de envío y un largo etc. La ventana de gestión de Zoko nos permite ver de un vistazo rápido con que cliente estamos tratando, su historial de conversaciones, pedidos y etiquetas. Es un CRM imprescindible. Adicionalmente el servicio técnico tiene una profesionalidad intachable. Altamente recomendable.
