The integration and the automation works very smooth. It has made our workflow super easy and talking about the UI, it is very simple. It is very helpful for the customer service and other features to grow your business.

We really really recommend Zoko!! Zoko helps our store to communicate better with our store buyers & visitors. The app itself is easy to navigate and they also provide helpful guideline videos, so you can learn by yourself to set all things. And most importantly, their customer service is very nice and fast-response (esp. Akhila!!!).

The Zoko team - especially Nandan really helped me out to set up the app. It literally took me 2 days to set the entire thing up and they were patient and explained it really well. As far as the app is concerned it definitely has helped me grow. Helped me in recovering abandoned orders. Hoping for it work more as I am going to start sending broadcasting messages.
