Great product for chat management, and retargeting customer for reorders. Really impressed by the ease of setup and the prompt reply of the customer support team. Would recommend this to all e-commerce brands to engage on WhatsApp.

It might be better to add it to other channels such as Telegram and iMessage. The mobile app experience needs to be improved.
