We have been using Interakt for few months now. The automation and catalog feature works well, still hoping for more automation features though. Overall serves the purpose!

Loved the app and the support. :) This is the best Whatsapp app for e-commerce companies like ours. They have all the features that we needed and in case we need something new, they build it in a jiffy! Pricing is also very reasonable, compared to other apps and I guess they are the only ones who charge you exactly what Whatsapp charges them for broadcast messages. most of the errors in the catalog in conversion and integration are not available on the WhatsApp help icon on home or every page this one is a solution or problems ?

The team is unprofessional and not contacting even after number of mails, just you got assurance call but they are not resolving the things. Even between meeting they said that we will contact you shortly, and disappear without any further information. Their platform also stop working and hanging so much.

interakt is the best app for WhatsApp marketing. the integration with Shopify store is seamless. the catalogue feature is very helpful customers can easily scroll thru all the products.
