The support from the interakt is very much satisfied... And issues which has been rectified on time.... Automatic message features where good to use.. And the app felt more user friendly....

I am from Skyborn after installing this app it didn't help me my money has lasted My manager is Siddesh no one can help me to give so much money no support and my WhatsApp account is also closed After installing this app
Can't msg customers from this app
It is a very useless app
Please guys don't install this app

very bad service , i switch to plan for automated messages but its not working , and their support system is very bad , i am trying to contact with them from past 5 days but they are only mail me some points which is not working to solve the issue , and also billing is started that means i paying them daily for doing nothing , its a disgusting , if you think , this is a fake review then contact me 8386925871 , i am open to save you from this fraud company

Installed app tried to use abandonment cart sequence and connecting FB catalogue faced lot of technical issues but received zero support when tried to contact support what I received every time was support documentation and zero support on chat when asked got the rude answer that this is the way we work. Unlike other shopify apps where support is always excellent this was exception. Finally uninstalled the app and now looking for other options.

The app works well, but as I sell alcohol, we can´t use the API. Customer support was great, helping us deleting API and getting back to Whatsapp APP.

it shows JSON coding type page which says result false

Its a great app for WhatsApp integration on Shopify website. The team is supportive and very easy to reach. They have easy to use interface for setting up the notifications via WhatsApp. and we really like the inbox view which pulls all customer details from Shopify. Overall, a great app and easy to use and deploy.
