Pathetic Customer support.Every thing is automated chat and doesn't answer your queries. there is no option to talk to a real person to solve your query. Just some shitty pre filled answers

website par whatsapp button lagana itna hi zaruri hai to aap logo ne apni website https://interakt.ai par whatsapp button ko add kyun nahi kiya hai? aap whatsapp blue tick verification ki bhi baat karte ho aap logo ka blue tick vale account par reply bhi nahi dete ho, wallet me balance add nahi ho raha screen shot aur video bhi mail kiya par 2 din se koi reply nahi aaya. ham to chhote business vale hai 500, 1000 ka hamara customer hota hai agar whatsapp button add nahi karenge to hame koi itna bada lose nahi jayega lekin aap logo ke liye to ham bade customer hai na aap to achhe se customer ka support kariye.

most of the errors in the catalog in conversion and integration are not available on the WhatsApp help icon on home or every page this one is a solution or problems ?

The team is unprofessional and not contacting even after number of mails, just you got assurance call but they are not resolving the things. Even between meeting they said that we will contact you shortly, and disappear without any further information. Their platform also stop working and hanging so much.

Been having a really hard time in getting this app to work as per my requirements. Was promised a 14 day trial period out of which 7-8 days went by in simply getting the catalogs to sync and uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times. I was promised credits to subscribe on a certain day but till date have received no update on it. After subscribing I realised Analytics for Abandoned Checkouts are incorrect and filters to the User List do not work effectively. Was told to re-upload User list to correctly map columns - tried doing that multiple times only to find the app hang. Tried re-installing the app and now my subscription stands cancelled. I have spent over 21 days and 15 USD only to have my subscription cancelled without sending even a SINGLE notification. A lot of difference in the enthusiasm and outlook of the team towards customer issues before and after subscribing to the app.

This app used to work better before. Recently switched back to it and the experience has been the complete opposite as it was before. They removed the Starter option and recently introduced a wallet option and it is not working for my profile. It has been 3 days since the issue has been reported. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
