They must add phone support also for quick connect. Rest is good.

Have been using the app for over a year now. Very happy with the flows, the support, and the simplicity of managing the app for a nontech person.

We have been using Interakt for few months now. The automation and catalog feature works well, still hoping for more automation features though. Overall serves the purpose!

The best tool to automate the retargeting and confirmation process. It is very easy to set up and work with a large team. Integration is easy and quick with the available apps. The only issue I am facing is fewer contact options with the team in case of any technical help and less availability to integrate with other tools available for marketing like payment gateways, checkout pages etc.

The Interakt app works well. There are certain features that are missing but it does the job overall. Better than other service providers though!

I love how this marketing app automates so many tasks. They Have many pre approved templets which will help you in sending Campaigns

We have been using Interakt for sometime now, the automated campaigns are working well and we are just trying to explore catalog feature now

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Very bad support and is not easy to use platform. No options for retargeting abundant carts, or sending order notifications. It's a total waste of money and time experience.
