The App's website show around INR 2796 for 3 Months. We believe them and setup the App and invest our time to set up. Then after the trial period end, when we try to actually subscribe, there we can see the Starter plan $15. that is double the amount they offered.

We can't complain it, all they have is a chat bot which will not lead us to anywhere.

Would really like to appreciate all the guidance Mr. Siddharth provided us and integrating Interakt to our shopify account has helped a lot to smoothen up the process.

We used this app to help us communicate with our customers in a timely manner. We really like how it makes the entire process of updating our customers and providing them support over Whatsapp - extremely easy and affordable.

Pathetic Customer support.Every thing is automated chat and doesn't answer your queries. there is no option to talk to a real person to solve your query. Just some shitty pre filled answers
