Been having a really hard time in getting this app to work as per my requirements. Was promised a 14 day trial period out of which 7-8 days went by in simply getting the catalogs to sync and uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times. I was promised credits to subscribe on a certain day but till date have received no update on it. After subscribing I realised Analytics for Abandoned Checkouts are incorrect and filters to the User List do not work effectively. Was told to re-upload User list to correctly map columns - tried doing that multiple times only to find the app hang. Tried re-installing the app and now my subscription stands cancelled. I have spent over 21 days and 15 USD only to have my subscription cancelled without sending even a SINGLE notification. A lot of difference in the enthusiasm and outlook of the team towards customer issues before and after subscribing to the app.
This app used to work better before. Recently switched back to it and the experience has been the complete opposite as it was before. They removed the Starter option and recently introduced a wallet option and it is not working for my profile. It has been 3 days since the issue has been reported. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
Every new software have bugs and Interakt have tons of it and it's okay to have them but if someone is reporting it they tend to ignore it and give us silly reasons that this is how the things work. I just had a simple issue where 2 out of 10 users in abandoned cart doesn't get synced with Interakt's dashboard and they took 15 business days and a dozen of follow up email to inform me that how abandoned cart event works. It's just similar to that when your internet doesn't work and when you contact ISP they ask you to reboot your router. It's just funny and silly that some people know this and have tried everything but it's issue with your software and have some bugs in backend but denial is never an option. I hope you listen up to people and their queries because that's the only option that can help make Interakt bugs free.
Ne fonctionne pas et impossible à désinstaller.
The App's website show around INR 2796 for 3 Months. We believe them and setup the App and invest our time to set up. Then after the trial period end, when we try to actually subscribe, there we can see the Starter plan $15. that is double the amount they offered.
We can't complain it, all they have is a chat bot which will not lead us to anywhere.
The app is very slow it's constantly crashing and not working correctly it was a waste taking the subscription
In spite of subscribing this app no proper customer service from their end, when asked for call back they are denying it but got calls before subscription.

Abandoned Cart Notification campaign that is supposed to nurture the prospects who leave their cart doesn't work. I have raised ticket with interakt support since 14.02.2023 and Interakt is not able to resolve the problem. Moreover, they have even stopped responding to my communications now.
Once the customer creates a cart, the message to checkout on shopify store is also not getting triggered.
All in all, It has a lot of bugs/glitches in terms of its functionality which their team also struggles to resolve. Only email support is available and their response time is extremely uncertain. The UI is very very poor!!
