Furthermore, the interakt support team will provide you with the best service possible, even if your question is minor. So far, it has been a positive experience.

This app used to work better before. Recently switched back to it and the experience has been the complete opposite as it was before. They removed the Starter option and recently introduced a wallet option and it is not working for my profile. It has been 3 days since the issue has been reported. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

Team was very responsive in the getting the integration done. The configuration is also easy and straight forward. All our customers were able to receive notifications automatically on top of that we were also able to send promotion campaigns.

Every new software have bugs and Interakt have tons of it and it's okay to have them but if someone is reporting it they tend to ignore it and give us silly reasons that this is how the things work. I just had a simple issue where 2 out of 10 users in abandoned cart doesn't get synced with Interakt's dashboard and they took 15 business days and a dozen of follow up email to inform me that how abandoned cart event works. It's just similar to that when your internet doesn't work and when you contact ISP they ask you to reboot your router. It's just funny and silly that some people know this and have tried everything but it's issue with your software and have some bugs in backend but denial is never an option. I hope you listen up to people and their queries because that's the only option that can help make Interakt bugs free.

Loved the app and the support. :) This is the best Whatsapp app for e-commerce companies like ours. They have all the features that we needed and in case we need something new, they build it in a jiffy! Pricing is also very reasonable, compared to other apps and I guess they are the only ones who charge you exactly what Whatsapp charges them for broadcast messages.
