I have only added the app a few days and it has been great. It has allowed customers visiting our website to contact us in real time, with questions, queries or for advice. I think it would definitely help increase sales conversions in the future. Already chatted with a few customers.

I'v been using this app for a short time but I like a lot. Easy to setup and very useful. I'd like to suggest the ability to change the order that the Agent Name appear in the front panel. People use to click in the first agent always... rsrs
