i decided to use in all my stores,
this is really a great app. i mean features are available for free and also whatsapp adds sense of security
The customer support is very good and Preetam is very knowledgeable about his product. He responds very quickly to all my enquiries

Awesome integration! Almost foolproof! But is it possible to include the button everywhere, like in the payment page too?
My clients have been asking if it's safe, normally at the payment page.
no customer support previously it was good, but now it is owned by GUPSHUP and they are not intrested in customer services.
I used this app to give my visitors the option to contact us directly by whatsapp. It worked well until Superlemon did an update and installed an 'opt in' widget on my store which then made it not possibe for customers to checkout. Too intrusive for my liking. APP DELETED!!!
