They will still charge you on free plan as well, Its a trap, be careful, not recommended, Now they are not replying on the support as well. How to report shopify for unauthorize charge?

pathetic Experience with them, worst customer service ever, they automation are just out of control, customers complaining for the repeatedly sending same automation again and again, while we are trying to discontinue service with them and they are not even sorting way out for last 4 days.

Massive drop in abandoned cart recovery from 15% to 3 & 5%. Looks like none of the messages are being sent but charged per message as per their fees. Poor experience since the founders have left. Not at all happy with the product now. Why are you guys charging fees for Transactions when 70% of the message don't even reach the customers? It is unrealistic to realize a 60-70% Drop in abandoned cart recovery. FAILED APPLICATION, GUPSHUP Acquisition has made it worse. Namesake UNICORN the company is.

I was planning on taking their paid subscription for WhatsApp API, but there support is so bad, they never reply on time, even after telling them its urgent. I lost on my business due to their slow replies, and not sure will I ever get it. Definately not recommended for paid subscriptions...!!!
Edit: I used the paid version for over 1.5 years and had 5 starred. Since the team changed this app has been horrible and the support abysmal. Example1: they updated my stores to a beta version, injecting non-functional pop-ups and thank you page widgets that YOU CANNOT DISABLE. Lol. Example2: Support took 4 months to reply and fix a simple issue we had with the app on tablets. I'm done with this buggy app and unresponsive, copy-pasting, unhelpful support.

NOTE: PLEASE do not release any updates without testing. This seems to be a highly irresponsible act on your side. It is detrimental to the sales of a lot of hardworking store owners on Shopify.

Very bad app, customer service wont respond . I have my whastapp api number register with them but i cant see it ony Facebook business manager they are not responding at all, i am on your their paid plans but not response.

Abandoned Checkout Recovery not working for the longest time more than 90 days. No Email from them only a update notification on the app. Avoid!

We used this app for over a year and it worked super well. However they changed their plan and didn't let us know over email. The app stopped working and we learned from our customers.... ON TOP OF THAT, THEY INSERTED A POP UP IN OUR CART PAGE that STOPPED OUR CUSTOMERS FROM PROGRESSING TO CHECKOUT. We never signed up for any pop up, never allowed it. In summary, we had a 90% DROP in our checkout process. This app directly impacted our sales today negatively (our sales dropped 90% vs our daily average).
