La extensión para chrome no funciona. Al dar clic para redactar las plantillas no funciona. Hemos contactado con soporte, pero no nos han dado solución y llevan más de 3 días sin responder nada al respecto.

The App started out wonderful, and i was incredibly happy with it. that being said, support went down the drain, took for ever for support to come back to me and the app was not working as expected. I cancelled my full subscription and deleted the app to move to a competitor that has brilliant support and fixes on the fly!

most of the time unable to send msg and it always show announcement stating there's an issue. This issues didnt solve for few months. Email support also didnt reply.

It doesn't allow to disable some widgets or you must get an extra verification step to control your own account, this verification was not completed by superlemon in over a month. Every update took a lot of time and their response time is very long. We had to switch to a different app as we never recieved any answer from them.

The app has created a mess with our clients. Auto order cancel has NOT been selected. Yet when the client replies to the COD with No, their system cancels the order on shopify! But that is not the only issue. The cancelation does NOT restock the item in inventory. Reached out to support, they keep passing the buck to someone else. We finally gave up and have now removed the app. Ordinarily, I would not have bothered to write a review, but their app has caused us significant customer issues. And their customer support is 0/5 rating in my humble opinion. Of course, I have all the communication to back up my claim. It just sad, the app had so much potential.

The app didn't work at all. No WhatsApp messages were sent to the abandoned carts and still we were charged $9.99 If the app is not working, then were we charged just for installing the app? In the app's dashboard it is mentioned - "We are facing issue in sending Automated messages for abandoned cart template messages. We are working on resolving this. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Appreciate your patience." Basically, they themselves are saying the app is not working right now. So Why are you charging us for it? If this review had an image upload feature, I would have added the screenshot with all the proofs. This is not done!! I request a refund.
