very bad customer support. there is not any type of customer support. Fake
Server penosi, app che si blocca dopo 2 messaggi che ho mandato.
Mi fate perdere ipù tempo cosi che aggiungengo il contatto manualmente

Avoid it! Bugs, bad support and don't refound saing that you accept the policies. and stop sending trash mail, no unsubscription option. totally illegal

La nueva versión tiene muchos errores. No cargar todas las ordenes en el panel de extensión para chrome. En correo con soporte solo piden disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas, pero no dan solución. No se puede enviar lemon desde el móvil. Con la versión anterior sí se podía. Al momento de cargar nuevamente el whatsapp Web, no aparecen las plantillas y las ordenes no cargan. Esto retrasa el tiempo de trabajo. Se pierde tiempo, y por ende, dinero. NO RECOMIENDO LA NUERVA VERSIÓN HASTA QUE SE MEJORE. Esperamos por un arreglo de esas fallas de servicio tan importantes para tiendas de alto volumen.

Opt in Number request not updated its been 5 days...and they are saying it will be updated in 24 hours......i mail them several times but they dont want to resolve it...we are waiting for them to start promotion if they update but dont know what they want...and their is no priority support in their ultimate plan as they mentioned.......very bad

Muy mala aplicación, no se pueden modificar las plantillas y algunas solo están disponibles en ingles. no se puede personalizar nada.

Worst customer service and support. The API does not work and its Blocks your number from WhatsApp. Sent 5 emails and none comes back to you.
Very bad app, customer service wont respond . Please help to delete my account from whatsapp business api so i can use normal whatsapp
