Urgent ACTION: Inform all your app users immediately and urgently about the checkout freezes your app is causing and leading to their massive sales loss. Some of them might even not be aware
NOTE: PLEASE do not release any updates without testing. This seems to be a highly irresponsible act on your side. It is detrimental to the sales of a lot of hardworking store owners on Shopify.

Very bad app, customer service wont respond . I have my whastapp api number register with them but i cant see it ony Facebook business manager they are not responding at all, i am on your their paid plans but not response.

Abandoned Checkout Recovery not working for the longest time more than 90 days. No Email from them only a update notification on the app. Avoid!

We used this app for over a year and it worked super well. However they changed their plan and didn't let us know over email. The app stopped working and we learned from our customers.... ON TOP OF THAT, THEY INSERTED A POP UP IN OUR CART PAGE that STOPPED OUR CUSTOMERS FROM PROGRESSING TO CHECKOUT. We never signed up for any pop up, never allowed it. In summary, we had a 90% DROP in our checkout process. This app directly impacted our sales today negatively (our sales dropped 90% vs our daily average).

TODAYS's UPDATE: THIS IS THE WORST APP. IT ONLY HURTS OUR BUSINESS.
Now the reconfirmation Link does not work in the case of COD. The APP Support is gone from IOS and ANDROID ALL OF A SUDDEN.
We can even log into the account with our Shopify Store ID. It says Bad Gateway error 502. The customers are annoyed, and we lose business.
We have been using it for a while, but the problem persists, and we are still waiting for someone to help. If someone is ordering a CASH ON DELIVERY -- why should ve request to make the payment saying the payment is pending? When someone places a COD order, they get a message to reconfirm; once they do, they do not get any message saying the order is confirmed. Because of this, customers get annoyed and cancel orders. Just looking for a different alternative. Abandoned Cart Template:

Since you paid using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, we need your confirmation before processing and shipping your order. Click on this link to confirm your order {{cod_confirmation_page_url}}. " BTW, the buyer never gets any acknowledgment or Thank You for confirmation message once they click on the link." They then try to get help and finally cancel the order. This APP ONLY increased our ABANDONED RATE. We had to stop the ABANDONED CART Automation. The only good thing about this app is that it gives WhatsApp opt-in numbers. We had written many emails,s and the concern was always transferred to the tech team with NO SOLUTIONS AT ALL, so we have to write this review.
IMBARAZZANTE. Non solo attivano widget in automatico, per disattivarli devi, modificare parti del checkout come vogliono loro, dopodiché mandare la richiesta di corretta modifica, aspettare che controllino e approvino le modifiche in 2-3 giorni lavorativi, solo dopo questo ti permettono di disattivare i widget. Per quanto questi widget possano avere senso e funzionare in certi casi ad aumentare le conversioni, come pretendete che c'ho non possa provocare l'effetto contrario? Le mie conversioni sono crollate da quando è attivo, ho bruciato un weekend, ho dovuto fermare le sponsorizzate tutto per un vostro capriccio. In tutto questo sto aspettando eh. Come ultima cosa, mi avete fatto modificare parti del checkout, peccato che quest'ultimo era strutturato in modo da aiutare il cliente a inserire correttamente i dati. Rivedete questa PAGLIACCIATA che avete fatto. Non provate a rispondere dicendo che avremmo potuto risolvere in pochi minuti scrivendo all'assistenza perchè così non è dato che sto aprendo dei ticket di supporto da 2 giorni.
Muy agresiva la forma para solicitar numeros, muy poca personalizacion, malisima la traducción. Cambiaron como funcionaba la aplicacion y activaron autimaticamente sus seudo mejoras. Hacen lo que quieren y estas obligado a aceptarlas.

Apologies for the delayed response,
There is an issue with Discount code generation in Shopify Platform which inturn is affecting our manual message with discount codes. Our developer team is working on fixing this issue with Shopify team. Meanwhile you can send manual messages without discount codes or use discount codes generated by you manually and use them while sending the messages.
We will surely let you know when the issue is fixed.
