Marketing+Support on WhatsApp

Very easy to use the app. It does what it claims, and it is pretty smooth. Very easy to configure with just clicks. The analytics part can be improved a bit for detailed analysis - say show by time along with the date to understand what part of the day customer are likely to chat with us and plan accordingly.

Must have for Whatsapp functionality!

This is a great app, it eliminates the need to add a new app to your phone because you already have Whatsapp and the best part is whenever a customer contacts you, you automatically get their phone number so if you can't respond right away is no biggie, you just call them later.. Download this app, it will help you a lot in your conversions.

I love this simple yet effective app. You need to understand something: when you are a new store: people would probably like to talk to you before they purchase. Using most of "chatting" apps would not capture the client's contact information, so if you are not live and available when the client asks, you WILL NOT be able to get back to your prospect client UNLESS they registered their contact details (which is seriously rare in case of new stores)..

You need to consider that some international markets interact less frequently using WhatsApp.. For example, USA..

This is an excellent application! must have! help with some customers that i can't get in contact with, i recovered about 15% more customers.
