its great app hope will do good for my business.......................................................
Hi. I am really enjoying using your app. Interesting to see lot of new features being introduced which are adding to the value being offered. I would like to see a feature of sending "Direct Whatsapp Message to Multiple Customers". I know of the limitations but that should be a game changer.

They abandon customer support, no replies, chat button does not work from mobile safari and mozilla. Terrible experience!

Excellent app. Very useful for quick connect with customers. You can chat with them even when they are off your website.
Old version was great.
The new version is garbage for small businesses.
They changed the app to be suitable only for large businesses despite most Shopify customers are small businesses.
