I started to use this app on my store and in one week my clients growth 30% satisfaction with the support.
The app is nice , but unfortunately very slow customer support.
Am using this app suddenly disappeared and their support is unresponsive

Apologies for the delayed response,
There is an issue with Discount code generation in Shopify Platform which inturn is affecting our manual message with discount codes. Our developer team is working on fixing this issue with Shopify team. Meanwhile you can send manual messages without discount codes or use discount codes generated by you manually and use them while sending the messages.
We will surely let you know when the issue is fixed.

What happened? You can´t send direct whatsapps to the abandoned carts anymore.
That was the best of the app, to bad it doesn´t have that function anymore.

WORST APP and THE WORST customer service. No one cares in this company and does not even bother replying or acknowledging an email. I would like to unsubscribe and please HELP me for the same and at least take an initiate now to reply.

Be careful, they display false analytics to make it seem like your cart recovery is a lot higher than it actually is. 90% of the carts claimed as 'recovered' by the app haven't even been sent a Whatsapp message (Message log shows - Failed: Number not on WhatsApp)
If the message was never sent, the app should not be showing it is recovered by them. When i brought it up to support they just said they would look into it but never got back to me about it.
With the automated message of Superlemon, it makes managing customer support at ease. I also like how I am able to use it in desktop with the chrome extension feature.
These app will help t improve my business by sharing products and website to prospective customers and more. It's an awesome app. Now I can do a whole lot more with my business
