Is someone still maintaining this app? I've been sending emails for almost two weeks with no response :(
it really helps my brand to be trsuted whe customers can connect with us directly on one tap. It is super easy. Update:
I was planning on taking their paid subscription for WhatsApp API, but there support is so bad, they never reply on time, even after telling them its urgent. I lost on my business due to their slow replies, and not sure will I ever get it. Definately not recommended for paid subscriptions...!!!
This app is a stroke of genius by two amazing humans! It's revolutionized the way I do business by giving me direct contact with potential customers. It solved a problem I'd been carrying for years in an instant in an absolute innovative way. Plus their customer service it top notch with only 2 people at the helm. If you don't have this app, your business is behind the curve. As a big picture Executive Business Coach & Consultant, I know these two humans are headed toward absolute success!
Edit: I used the paid version for over 1.5 years and had 5 starred. Since the team changed this app has been horrible and the support abysmal. Example1: they updated my stores to a beta version, injecting non-functional pop-ups and thank you page widgets that YOU CANNOT DISABLE. Lol. Example2: Support took 4 months to reply and fix a simple issue we had with the app on tablets. I'm done with this buggy app and unresponsive, copy-pasting, unhelpful support.

This app proved to be very useful for our customers. It’s helping our business a lot. And the app customer service is always ready to help you in a timely manner.
Very bad app, customer service wont respond . I have my whastapp api number register with them but i cant see it ony Facebook business manager they are not responding at all, i am on your their paid plans but not response.
