Unique app. Very good and well documented. Great support with quick response.

4 stars and not 5 because of the automated abandonded cart that may not fit your store.
- a US phone number format is used to send automated messages. So if your store is located outside US, your customer may be surprise, even worse consider this as spam.
- Customer can't reply directly, they must click on a link. Can be a deal breaker.

I really hope we could import our own number for this functionnality, or select a given number from our country code, that would be great.

Hopefully in the future... Some of the reasons are because of the WhatsApp API limitations in phone number application.

La nueva versión tiene muchos errores. No cargar todas las ordenes en el panel de extensión para chrome. En correo con soporte solo piden disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas, pero no dan solución. No se puede enviar lemon desde el móvil. Con la versión anterior sí se podía. Al momento de cargar nuevamente el whatsapp Web, no aparecen las plantillas y las ordenes no cargan. Esto retrasa el tiempo de trabajo. Se pierde tiempo, y por ende, dinero. NO RECOMIENDO LA NUERVA VERSIÓN HASTA QUE SE MEJORE. Esperamos por un arreglo de esas fallas de servicio tan importantes para tiendas de alto volumen.

Opt in Number request not updated its been 5 days...and they are saying it will be updated in 24 hours......i mail them several times but they dont want to resolve it...we are waiting for them to start promotion if they update but dont know what they want...and their is no priority support in their ultimate plan as they mentioned.......very bad

Muy mala aplicación, no se pueden modificar las plantillas y algunas solo están disponibles en ingles. no se puede personalizar nada.

The lack of support is truly unbelievable. All I ask is that the close button on the chat widget be fixed. I have followed up 3 times without any response.

Even you have good features but you bacame an aggressive, sticky and unpleasant app. You are sticking to the add to cart, to checkout to collect customer data but that can't be mandatory as not everyone using WA. In plus, without any consent and settings from our side - you generated 20% discount codes for customers on a market where 5% is already to much.... Your customer support poor and mainly just automated answers - no willingness to sort the problems.....That can be an option what you restricted and can't setup our 4th store. So deleting you from everywhere.... Good luck

Worst Customer Service EVER! The app is good, but some things aren't working and the support isn't helpful. Only e-mail and they can take days to reply us (with no solution). Too bad... because the idea is really good.

Worst customer service and support. The API does not work and its Blocks your number from WhatsApp. Sent 5 emails and none comes back to you.
