very poor customer support i am trying to reaching out your company before 3 days but no one reply me and i also pay you guys 15$ no one response me scammers

The app is great...clean, simple and free, what's not to like! The developers are extremely responsive and they made a change to the app within 24 hours of me telling them about it. A definite 10/10 experience!

it says there is a 7 day free trial. But when I try on the growth package, they billed me immediately. I ask their support for assistance, no action taken. Now, shopify have billed me. they say they need more time to process....
