The application is a disgrace, they charged me 200€ in usage charges that were incorrect and when I claimed them they have invented conversations to not return the money, very disappointed. Avoid it! Bugs, bad support and don't refound saing that you accept the policies. and stop sending trash mail, no unsubscription option. totally illegal

This app does not live up to the promised services, I had set up my button to be contacted on whatsapp, but the button did not do this, but opened a popup where it asked for the customer's number, Absurd! Also it is unbelievable that in 2023 an app on Shopify App Store does not have a chat with customer service, only email.

No tiene soporte, deberían tener soporte inmediato por whatsapp, pero los correos que responden tienen una respuesta muy demorada y no resuelven ninguna duda. Deberían tener un buen soporte, ya que los recargos por mensajes enviados son altos, y eso que es adicional a la suscripción. Buscaré otras opciones.
