Worst customer service PATHETIC, even though you choose the Ultimate plan which says "priority customer service" they don't reply with a proper response. Our issue is still in a pending state.

I used this app to give my visitors the option to contact us directly by whatsapp. It worked well until Superlemon did an update and installed an 'opt in' widget on my store which then made it not possibe for customers to checkout. Too intrusive for my liking. APP DELETED!!!

Too many bugs in recent times. Using this app from 2022. But recently the app has a lot of bugs and is very unstable. I'm looking for other options

Used it for 12 months on free plan. However, once I upgraded to growth plan, I realised that it is a click bait and I will be required to upgrade to engage plan if I want to use any of the features. After converting to whatsapp business API, I got no handholding and I also lost my ability to use the chat widget.
All in all, i wasted 10 days of writing to the support team for resolution, and finally I uninstalled

They have received so many negative reviews recently and no one from their team still bothers to reply to the emails we all are sending, This is totally unprofessional and very very bad for the business, You changed the UI for no reason if your numbers and templates were approved with whatsapp api than i don't think you there is any need to change everything which was actually good and many people were using their service. PS Don't bother to reply with your copy paste statement which you guys are doing since this change.

They will still charge you on free plan as well, Its a trap, be careful, not recommended, Now they are not replying on the support as well. How to report shopify for unauthorize charge?
