After installing the Superlemon tool, I notice a significant difference. I like the automated messaging and other features, as well as the abandoned cart recovery via Whatsapp. Highly recommended.

Very easy to use the app. It does what it claims, and it is pretty smooth. Very easy to configure with just clicks. The analytics part can be improved a bit for detailed analysis - say show by time along with the date to understand what part of the day customer are likely to chat with us and plan accordingly.
Must have for Whatsapp functionality!
