The app is extremely easy to install and to use. I have been using it for a few months and have never encountered a problem. The costumer service and follow-up is great. Highly recommended as a costumer service reach out line. Congrats!
Clean App that does what it says. I would like to be able to customize the welcome widget colour scheme as lime green doesn't sit well on my theme - any chance of this been rolled out please guys?

Works great! Have not had any problems. Only thing I would suggest if you could customise the pop-up widget to make it look more on brand.
I have been using this app from first release. I have see the team develop it over time and they have done an amazing job. Whenever I have had questions, issues or suggestions they (particularly Preetam) has been super quick and responding and resolving. It has helped me especially to try win back abandoned checkouts through messaging potential customers through whatsapp offering discounts. Also the whatsapp chat feature is great.
