Connected several times for resolution of issue but getting no response. Very poor after-sales support. Not recommended

Sono un piccolo imprenditore e questa app è un'applicazione fondamentale per i miei negozi. Uno dei miei negozi accetta il pagamento in contrassegno come metodo di pagamento, il che rende più facile il processo di verifica dell'ordine.

A good app. Certain things are missing/not working
1. User access- there's only one login. Cant give team members access to this via separate/exclusive login.
2. Support not available. Email support link is not working
Hi, we reached out to on email & WhatsApp. We have asked to share screenshot or error message that you faced when trying to contact us.
You have not replied to us, you have also not shared any information to help us solve the problem.
Please - we need your help otherwise how will we fix an issue that we are not able to see?

Support is not good. Some time not Replied on mail or replied more than 7 days. Now, we are deleting the app. Please avoid install the app

BEWARE YOU MIGHT LOOSE UR WHATSAPP ACCESS FOR EVER. Very Bad, NO proper support. Unable to use my own whatsapp to reply messages. No proper guide to install (specifically the time it takes to start using the app properly). a very bad experience. Sent a mail to the team no reply yet. so i had to unstall, but still unable to recover my whatsapp number

Perfeito, no plano free me satisfaz, espero um dia poder retribuir com o plano pago. Eu usava o messenger do Facebook e removi, esse é bem melhor.
