Superlemon is a great choice I did. I was looking for something that could engage my customers which would not give 'em any other thoughts of my business as a robot or something that is so typical. And I'm glad I found it!
I also love how I am able to retarget them in their most preferred platform, instead of via email which I don't see much more progress based on the audience I have.

Bad decision in the last update, the Manual Orders CRM was a so good feature and you change it, I understand what you want to achieve but could be with a smoothly transition. Hope you can fix it or improve it soon, at this time I will uninstalling, maybe later I will use you again. Good luck.
