really useful app, easy to install, good for keep in touch with your customers A bit complicated when you have to customize it but in the end it's easy

No option for just a Whatsapp button with automatic redirection to Whatsapp chat.
I wish you would add an option for that, not all stores need a bot.
11 types of chat is thew. One is direct chat choose that and hit save. Apart from hat remember mobile and desktop option are different. So make sure for both mobile and desktop u choose direct chat.

Over complicated design for a single button. What ever I tried it didn't work. All I wanted is to have a floating button by pressing one WhatsApp will be open.
