Non intuitive / Non efficient - Hard to set up, I pass few hours on it for approximatly nothing. The app doesn't work well

Funciona pero esta bastante mala la configuracion y opciones, no la recomendaria en general. Mejor intentar con alguna otra app.

This app misused my money.
I installed this app only for abandoned carts and disabled all other functions. My messages credit was consumed in 3 days then I found in the messages log that this app is sending multiple COD and tracking messages to the same customer (Although it was disabled) which drains your credit. The customer service agent was unprofessional and denied the issue then later they claimed that listed rates had changed to justify the extra charges. Also, they requested screenshots of the messages log then they never tried to solve the problem rather than blaming me for it.

we launched logs recently and we said that there may be bug in logs data but lots of customer use this app and if disabled it does not go. our charge for kuwait was 0.08$ per msg for automated msg without any monthly fees. i shared him the charge other app charges with 80$ monthly fees + per msg charge of 0.13$ per msg and shared him screenshot and direct link also. we offer cost to cost price for automated msg.

So pushy for reviews, even before I could really test! I felt forced to write one, so here it is: coercing reviews does not provide a good image or a high level of relevance to me. The other point is the unstructured, noisy dashboard.

Totally bad, it suddently pop-up a new chat box and I can not deleted even uninstall the app. now I am trying to find help to change the code by myslef. pls let me know if you have the same problem.

Holy crap! Why does this app has so many high reviews! I just installed and the UI is SO BAD, I literally didn't know what on earth was going on. I thought it glitched or something. I installed for a simple whastapp chat widget and i couldn't figure out anything.

I have installed this app. But the list departments feature is not working on my store. I reached out to the support team but nobody is replying after the first discussion.

Va muy mal la aplicación, se queda colgada, no guarda los cambios que se hayan hecho y se colapsa todo el rato. Es un caos, no la recomiendo, deberían arreglarla.

Default settings is that you can just give an order number in the chatbox and you get all the information of the customer. Major privacy leak.
