Nice free app with the basic functionalities but the navigation and UI is not so practical.
But in all cases the apps is very nice.

Frankly, I wanted to add just the chat box on my ecommerce site. I haven't even looked into what abandoned cart services are and i am super curious. And it is very easy to use.

This app is really helpful and easy to use! Highly recommend it! It improves the reply process and we can revert to customers much faster which converts into actual sales!
