easy to use, simple setup, might require Whatsapp business to fully utilize this app. Will continue to test, but so far its good apart form pop up rating requests

The major advantage is that if a customer starts the chat with you and leaves your website without purchasing anything, you can still communicate with them and convert that lead to a sale.
