Esta muy bueno, tiene muchas opciones para configurar, me gusta que esta en español y tiene muchas imagenes para el icono del chat
Amazing app, it is very usefull to decrease customers wich want refund, it also increase the quality and facility for customer service and it let you increase your conversion rate if clients have some questions before buying.
Furthermore, the customer service for this app is amazing, they contacted me when I had a problem and solved it quickly as gentlemen.
