The worst app I must say. They have been charging me a subscription fee for the last 3 months, although I'm not using their services. Tried to contact them but no response from them yet. I even tried to contact Shopify but they gave no satisfactory response.
This plugin gave me a terrible experience. I tried to close the subscription, but unfortunately I couldn't find the close page. I tried to email the developer to ask how to close the subscription, but no one responded.
Cant use the app for free. Keep showing this:

I have asked time and time again for help as I cant get it to work on SMS for Abadoned Carts, or Emails. And the credit is going down but there doesnt seem to be any SMS happening so why is the credit reducing.
Customer support is not responding.
I would like to cancel my current plan with your company. I have thoroughly enjoyed utilizing your services, but I find it necessary to discontinue them at this time. I asked several times for refund no answer.
Please assist me in canceling my subscription and provide any necessary instructions or documentation required to complete the process. I would appreciate it if you could confirm the cancellation to avoid any further charges or misunderstandings to email

i am frustrated by people . used app for free for 4-5 years and lter gave 1 star. can u give ur product free of cost ??
Son unos ladron@s, instalas la aplicación 10 minutos y te cobran casi 4€, después no te responden a nada, ni a los correos ni a los mensajes, nada. Te roban tu dinero por una aplicación que no vale para nada. Shopify tampoco se hace responsable del cargo que me hicieron. Ladron@s de vergüenza
Started using this app after seeing the reviews. But the experience as an user is different. The interface is very confusing. The app is deducting my wallet balance without sending the Whatsapp messages. Tried to reach support team through phone and chat multiple times, but there is no response at all, though its mentioned as 24x7 support. Very bad experience !
there was some issue in whatsapp automated message and its very common to have such issue. we have fixed that issue. we dont have any control on whatsapp . they do nasty things and ban or restrict or pause or reject templates and msg stop going. we try l;evel best to fix as soon as possible
