Easy to use. Let's see if it helps my cart abandonment rate. It looks like WhatsApp can be a good way to get the customers to engage. Will write back if it works well for me

Good app, worth the install, only annoying thing is the constant suggestions to review the app and the need to leave a 100 character comment.

It works really well and is very easy to install, finished the setup in less than 10 minutes. The interface is cluttered and a bit slow to load but overall its great, we have only used it for direct whatsapp chat
