Nice free app with the basic functionalities but the navigation and UI is not so practical.
But in all cases the apps is very nice.

Frankly, I wanted to add just the chat box on my ecommerce site. I haven't even looked into what abandoned cart services are and i am super curious. And it is very easy to use.

How can I contact you? I tried changing the position so that it doesn't overlap my other keys, but unfortunately I pressed save and it didn't work. . .

This app is really helpful and easy to use! Highly recommend it! It improves the reply process and we can revert to customers much faster which converts into actual sales!
