The worst customer support. Owner gave the contact number but they never reply or take calls. I paid 9.99 $ twice but to no use. not even single cart is recovered.

Envejecio mal..

Pesimaaaaaaaa. Era muy buena, llevaba mucho tiempo usandola y ahora estan cobrando y no funciona hasta que no apruebe el "carro abandonado". Si no lo uso es por que no puedo por temas de privacidad, ahora me quede sin aplicacion por que obligan a pagar.

I used this app and it helped me download into my shopify website for whenever a customer inquire about my products.

Very bad app, you can't update and change Easly,
I will delete it and make another apps,
I tried many times to change or enhance it easy but i can't also they don't have live chat to support.

me roubaram, falaram q era 20 reais e pronto, paguei usei 5 mnts e bloquearam e so liberam se fizer mais compras dentro do app nao vale nenhum real

Entonces gratis no es, verdad?
No tengo problemas en pagar 3 dólares, pero las reglas claras serian mas honestas para quienes adquieren dicha app

Have been struggling with the app and try to get help via their chat box but no one responds...not sure how to get help from their team.

Recently they changed the app and now I am unable to edit the number and other details. Tried to contact support but didnt receive reply yet.
