Easy to use. Let's see if it helps my cart abandonment rate. It looks like WhatsApp can be a good way to get the customers to engage. Will write back if it works well for me

Nyc feature started using the same on our to have direct interaction with customer if they face any issue and easily we are available for them

It works really well and is very easy to install, finished the setup in less than 10 minutes. The interface is cluttered and a bit slow to load but overall its great, we have only used it for direct whatsapp chat
