Really easy and fast to install. Definitely an App our web pages must have!

The app is great, however I want the Facebook widget to work right inside the app pane instead of opening in a new window.
Also, i want to customize the widget more, i want to make the widget size bigger on mobile, the distance from the bottom increases to 150.
Because there are channels that only work on mobile but not on desktop (eg: Phone, SMS...), so I want each channel to have the option to watch on mobile or desktop or both.

We installed the application a little more than 15 days ago and although it is easy to configure and it works, there was no way to enter the reports to see the number of clicks and conversations started, for that reason we leave only 2 stars

First of all, we're very sorry to see you go, but we know the app may not work for everyone.
Regarding your questions, unfortunately, you have to upgrade your plan to Premium to see the reports feature. Because your plan is Free, so you could not see the reports.

Seems good so far. Just started using this app. I'll see how this goes. Hopefully I'll replace my old app if everything works well with this.
In the process of trying the app. once i have done so I will rate it, And give my feed back as soon as possible.
